Karl, in addition to being sore from his spanking BY Bailey, is sore AT Bailey for spanking him! He gets his chance for revenge soon enough.
Karl could catch Bailey doing something which would cost him his job - drinking or using illicit drugs at work, for instance. Or he could overhear Bailey talking or texting amorously on his cell phone to a women other than his girlfriend, which would get him in trouble with said girlfriend. (I will let you choose Bailey's malfeasance.)

My main thinking though is that there is more scenes to be filmed with Coach Bailey punishing Karl and possibly other lads first before they get their revenge on him!
